CrossFit Endurance class schedule and location varies from week to week. All members may participate in these classes at no extra charge. If you are interested in participating in these classes, email john@crossfitrichardson.com with Endurance in the subject line.
If Crossfit Basics is not an option for you, we can schedule you with one of our trainers for three On-ramp sessions. These three, hour long sessions will provide you with a complete overview of the required movements to safely participate in our regular Crossfit classes. These three sessions will not, by any means, make you really good at Crossfit, but they will introduce the required movements and provide you with an idea of proper movement patterns. Upon completion of the on-ramp sessions you may join a regular Crossfit class.
If your first exposure to Crossfit is through this On-ramp program, expect to have movements, weights, and reps modified for your first few regular classes. Cost of our On-ramp is $200 and includes the three sessions with a certified Crossfit instructor and the remainder of the month.
Email julia@crossfitrichardson.com if you would like to schedule your on-ramp sessions, and sign up here in advance.
The newest addition to our class schedule is our Basics class. It is the most thorough introduction to Crossfit movements, philosophy, program design and culture that we have offered to this point. You are invited to jump in and start at any time. The class is offered every Monday thru Thursday evening at 7:15. We will be offering this class at more time slots in the coming months. New athletes are required to complete a minimum of ten classes before participation in regular Crossfit classes is permitted. Cost of our Basics class is $150 and includes the required 10 classes plus participation in our regular classes for the remainder of the month.
You are invited to join us on Saturday mornings at 9am for a free class. No experience or sign-up is required. If you have never been to Crossfit Richardson, we do ask that you arrive a little early to complete paperwork.
